Entry Deadlines
Online survey entries must be submitted by midnight on Monday 4th August.
Freepost postcard entries must be received by midnight on Monday 25th August.
Entry Limits
Only one entry per person per draw will be accepted.
Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 16–25, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Excludes board members, officers, and consultants involved in the development or delivery of the Boston Neighbourhood Regeneration and Investment Plans.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random and contacted via email or telephone.
The decision of the judging panel is final and not subject to appeal.
Prizes
Each winner will receive £100 in Love2Shop vouchers.
Three prizes will be awarded:
One for postcard entries
One for the general online survey
One for the young people’s survey
Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
If unclaimed, the prize will be reallocated to a new winner.
Data Use & Communication
Personal data will only be used to contact winners unless you opt in to receive updates about the consultation.
You can opt in by ticking the relevant box during entry.
Liability
The organisers are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues affecting the survey platform.
Data Aggregation
Responses will be aggregated by The Engaging People Company for reporting to Boston Town Board and Boston Borough Council.
Individual responses will remain confidential and will not be published.
Data Retention & Rights
If you do not opt in, your contact details will be retained for three months and then securely deleted.
If you do opt in, you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing: michelle@engaging-people.co.uk
